I want 700 bottles of whiskey on the back bar but I do not want it to look like a traditional whiskey bar!?

Lucky we love whiskey, at Izzard we took this challenge on with both barrels (excuse the pun) and transformed this once service basement into the most exciting whiskey bar we think you will see, concrete bar an leaners, rich blue walls and timber ceilings with dramatic lighting, brass screens and intimate spaces make the Jefferson a very non traditional whiskey bar.

Now a go to for all that love the fine spirits.
