The clients for this new build project aimed to list the beach house on Airbnb, necessitating a limited budget. Despite financial constraints, we demonstrated that a designer look can still be achieved by strategically focusing on key areas of each room to add a touch of glamor. For instance, in the kitchen, we opted for floating shelves instead of overhead cupboards. This choice not only reduced costs but also maintained a stylish and modern aesthetic while providing practical storage solutions. By carefully selecting where to allocate funds and incorporating cost-effective yet chic design elements, we ensured the space remained both attractive and functional for future guests.
