Perched in Mangawhai with sweeping coastal views, the Ocean View House was designed with lifestyle at its heart. Every line, material, and detail was considered to create a home that feels both architectural and deeply personal.

Design & Build
Expansive glazing blurs the boundary between indoors and out, framing the horizon while filling the interiors with natural light. A seamless connection between open-plan living, outdoor entertaining, and the pool ensures the home can be lived in year-round — from summer afternoons by the water to winter evenings gathered by the fire.

The layout balances elegance with function, featuring bespoke finishes, crafted timber detailing, and carefully curated spaces that enhance everyday life. The hidden powder room door, a client favourite, is just one example of how thoughtful design meets practicality.
