This home is located in the rural Waikato Hamilton area

We designed a very modern home for our clients with a minimalist modern style and a stylish sleek roofline while capturing the views of Raglan Harbour from every directions! Privacy was a must for our clients, as well as creating an outdoor-indoor flow. One of the joinery unit selected was 10m long, this entirely open the space to outside from the living.

‍The cladding used was a low maintenance aerated concrete, we also used a small amount of cedar and lots of glass. This home was carefully designed to become a timeless statement, a 'stand proud' white residence on the Okete hillside.
