As of 2022, CPMC has designed and built seven ECE Centres in collaboration with Collingridge & Smith Architects (CASA) who designed a significant number of centres throughout New Zealand, have won numerous awards included in the Education Category at the annual Property Council of NZ National Awards.

Three Trees Learning Centre is one of the centres, catering for 130 children in Rolleston, Christchurch. The construction commenced in January 2018 and completed in February 2019. The property is a purpose-built childcare facility in the growing township of Rolleston, located 30 minutes’ drive southwest of central Christchurch.

On 3,080sqm of land, the 629sqm property features concrete flooring, timber framing, weatherboard cladding, double glazed joinery, and timber decking. It includes an infant room, under twos room with sleep area, rooms for four and older children, administration area and 32 car parks.

In June 2019, the centre received an award of merit for outstanding design in the Education Category at the Property Council of NZ National Awards. The centre also won a gold award at the interior design Best Awards. The building eaves were commented highly in terms of the unique design to simulate nature and the boughs of a tree which led to outstanding aesthetics and subsequent awards.
