CCS Foundation Specialists presents the Parnell project, a full-scale renovation and revitalization of a classic style home. The scope of work includes full house relevelling, replacement of 60 x H5 timber piles to 900mm with stainless steel fixings, bearer replacement, propping and bracing, earthworks, and basement work. Additionally, retaining works including a 10m Palisade wall with Palisades reaching 3500mm bgl.

With a challenging site that required conveyor belts for material movement due to limited access, our team at CCS was well-equipped to handle this complex project. Review from Kevin: 'We had a difficult job. A hard to access site with an old house up steep steps and path. No vehicle or easy access, a sloping site. Clay soils and the very wettest year Auckland has thrown at us. Simon, Wes, Chase and co were good communicators and good problem solvers. Calm and reassuring when the unexpected or unwanted happened and obviously very skilled and experienced. Finished as close to budget as we could have hoped given the site conditions and hidden problems'
