Mandy and Richard's 1908 villa was completely rundown, with wallpaper peeling and several leaks the home needed a lot of work. Engaging with Alpha 1 Builders & Furze architects to transform their home, while restoring and treasuring the beautiful character features that they fell in love with.
By adding a rear extension we were able to create a guest bedroom, bathroom, and a large lounge/dining/kitchen area. Providing that quintessential indoor-outdoor living. With a new deck to spill onto from the large sliding doors.
The result is a stunning traditional villa that the Taits can enjoy for years to come. Alpha 1 Builders specializes in this type of character renovation and extension, providing a level of craftsmanship that is truly unmatched.
