This earthquake damaged home was out of level by 170mm, we came in and completed a full renovation inside getting it back to an insurable state. Working with the client we found a few cost saving measures such as reusing the original bath tub & taps and keeping the shell of the kitchen and just replacing the front cabinets and bench top. After new paint, tiles, carpet, asphalt driveway and curtains it was like a brand new house.
