A comprehensive renovation of a nearly 100-year-old Colonial family home, featuring a luxurious master suite, redesigned layout, and modern amenities, completed in 2022 by Nicola Manning Design.
Nicola Manning Design was commissioned to take part in the Upland Road Renovation project, a large-scale renovation of an almost 100 year old family house in a traditional style.
The project included the creation of a luxurious master suite that comprises of a bedroom, study, walk in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.
The previous ensuite bathroom was squeezed into the floor plan in the 1970's and was not fit for purpose. NM Design redesigned layout of the upstairs of the house, converting an existing bedroom into a the new ensuite, using the existing ensuite as a new walk in wardrobe and adding a new bedroom and family bathroom.
