Villa + Pavilion

The addition of a modern pavilion to a Victorian villa creates an exciting and dynamic contrast between the traditional and the contemporary. The pavilion is designed to complement the original villa while also providing a functional space for modern living.  A simple modern architectural box is characterized by its simplicity, yet is designed with precision, featuring highly detailed edges and corners that give the structure a sharp, geometric look. The pavilion's open-plan design creates a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Every detail of the simple modern architectural box is carefully considered and executed, from the placement of windows and doors to the choice of materials. The result is a stunning example of modern architecture that blends form and function seamlessly. Interiors by Katie Lockhart Studio.
