Chester Consultants have been working with renowned architect Richard Priest on the structural and architectural design of luxury housing units at Vunabaka Bay on Malolo Island, a private island in Fiji.

The housing units will have beautiful, spacious views that overlook the newly formed marina. Our aim is to give the client an authentic island look, but in doing so we have been careful not to compromise on the high-performance structural frame that is needed for Fijian conditions. Fiji is an area that commonly experiences cyclonic winds, so we will use strong steel frames embedded into deep concrete piles.

We have made 3D plans of the entire development so that possible views of the site can always be referred to throughout the process. Our civil team has been responsible for the entire civil works developing the site.
