Elegant two-storey home designed for retirement living, featuring an internal lift and stunning views of Waimanu Lagoon, crafted in collaboration with AD Architecture.
These clients heard about Mike Craig Builders through word of mouth when they returned to the Kāpiti Coast after living overseas. They had a clear idea about a building design based on a house they had liked in Australia. Mike Craig engaged the services of long-time collaborator Peter Davies at AD Architecture to draw up the plans for a compliant and compatible New Zealand version.
The result is a stunning home overlooking the timeless beauty of Waimanu Lagoon that the clients can enjoy throughout their retirement. It features provision for an internal lift to enable them to fully utilise their delightful two-storey abode, should they require it in the future.
