Contemporary pavilion-style home in Waimauku featuring cedar cladding, Euro-style roofing, and expansive decking for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
This contemporary home, built in the popular pavilion style, is clad in lightly stained vertical shiplap cedar cladding. The exterior is finished with Euro-style metal tray roofing. Extensive decking flows around the living areas, providing easy indoor/oudoor flow. The interior has crisp, modern lines - well showcased in the kitchen and living area. Cathedral ceilings combined with a neutral colour palette and extensive glazing create a true sense of space.
