The Waiparuru Hall development is the construction of student accommodation (786) Bedrooms and facilities, on the current undeveloped site at 35 Whitaker place on the fringe of the Auckland CBD. Access to the site is from Whitaker Place which is a cul de sac servicing a number of existing student accommodation buildings/apartments. The project comprises of two towers of 12 and 14 levels respectively linked and connected via two-level podium with a split basement beneath.
