Elegant modern home in Waipu featuring Hinuera Stone and Cedar weatherboards, harmoniously integrated with the owners' art and beautifully landscaped gardens.
This beautifully appointed modern home is located near the small village of Waipu and was built by the team at Cogan Custom Homes. The home is clad mainly with the solid and Natural Hinuera Stone with small feature areas of Rosenfeld Kidson Cedar bevel backed weatherboards.
Internally the home is elegant and has many features which is combined with the owners artwork and sculptures.
The owners have a passion for gardening and landscaping, some of the gardens were getting established before the house was designed but now with the completion of the house it all comes together to look absolutely amazing.
