Warehouse Atrium
The scale of this renovated inner city factory is huge, with the central courtyard extending over three levels. Seriously good art is everywhere, so the new garden had to hold its own and not detract from the client’s collection. The striking vertical forms of Euphorbia ingens were used for their scale and structure. Lower planting includes Sansevieria ‘Congo’, Euphorbia resinifera, and Crassula multicava. Granitic sand provides the naturalistic ground cover and acts as a dry mulch for the succulents.
