Introducing the remarkable Weka Street, New Build project. Our team was approached with a unique challenge: to extend an existing building by adding a garage with high studs, allowing for the secure storage of a boat, and creating a master bedroom/living area on top. The complexity of this venture arose from the top story of the building projecting beyond the lower level, resulting in the creation of a practical carport underneath.

Undertaking this project required substantial structural steelwork and beams, exemplifying our expertise in craftsmanship and attention to detail. With our mastery in framing, foundations, and new builds, we seamlessly integrated the new addition into the existing structure.
