• The site was soft and sandy in accordance with its oceanfront location, exposed to wind and salt - It was vital to be wise with material selections to counteract the harsh environment. Millboard was an excellent choice for the decking material.
• The large majority of existing landscaping was retained from the original site and was painstakingly preserved during constriction which led to a well-established garden at the completion of the project. Thus directly assisting in achieving a tropical, resort feel which was high on the clients’ priority list.
