The design of the buildings is located in the heart of Glen Eden and features retail activities on the ground floor.

We obtained non-notified resource consent for the construction of two apartment buildings on a base podium comprising a total of 168 residential units including 86 one bedroom units, 76 two bedroom units and 6 two bedroom townhouses. Along with 325m² retail floor space at ground level and 160 car parking spaces. The architects for the project were mc².

All apartments provide a direct interface to the surrounding streets with a strong contribution to the local community through excellent design, quality and affordability.
