QBS IT, formerly known as QBS was founded in 2009 By Troy Jury.

Troy is the sole owner of QBS IT, a NZ trade qualified LBP builder with 22 years experience working within all genres of the built environment, specifically in the high end private market.

QBS IT is well known for producing large scale high quality building work, having clean, safe & efficient building sites, and a specific focus on providing a great end to end service to clients.

A company with a modern mindset that has invested in the back end of it's business to ensure that pricing is thorough, clear and detailed. Invoicing is transparent and links back to its pricing for cost tracking which is critical in todays times. 

QBS IT project managers have access to all the latest technology around communication of costs, schedules and changes with the key site staff & subcontractors. 

Troy believe's it is very important to make sure the company is well marketed in the right way to the public across all social media platforms.

Servicing the greater Auckland area & recently setting up QBS IT North with long time foreman Jayden Weston QBS IT will look to take on work out of Auckland as far north as Whangarei with a seperate tram managed by Jayden. 

Their Auckland team consists of 23 full time employed builders, 3 highly experienced project managers who oversee all projects from pricing through to CCC. 

QBS IT director Troy Jury produces all construction pricing himself for clients. 

QBS IT can regularly be found across Auckland working on heritage projects, architectural new homes and complex renovations.

From 2024 QBS IT will seek to establish a branch in Queenstown servicing QT, Arrowtown, Lakes districts and the greater area with a small team of high specialist high end builders only.

QBS loves to work direct with private clients , Architects and prefers to be engaged as early on in the process as possible to help with build-abilty, review of construction details, construction scheduling and budget creation under the ECI format.

Troy describes QBS IT as a company that has started at the bottom 15 years ago & has worked its way up a very specialised part of the industry, QBS IT is experienced in delivering building excellence on all types of projects and has earned a reputation for being a trusted company that is extremely dedicated to the craft of building and construction.
