This modern home was built for our clients with a clear brief of providing a low maintenance option that will last the years to come with a growing family, while also creating a timeless design. Located in the country it’s hard not to be impressed by the contrast of the black corrugated iron cladding against the rolling green hills and abundance of trees surrounding the home. Additional drama is brought to the design with the large gable roof and cedar panelling, while the covered outdoor area beautifully frames the rural vista just steps away. While there was a clear budget from the outset, this build is a great example of how clever design, and a lot of thought into how the home will sit within the natural environment, can create a truly stunning home.
