Luxurious three-storey family home featuring six bedrooms, extensive custom finishes, dual kitchens, a theatre, and an infinity edge pool, designed for entertaining and enjoying waterfront living.
This three storey, six bedroom home features extensive mahogany mouldings, custom panelling, custom vanities and joinery, and heavy crown moulding throughout. With two kitchens, and a large separate butlers kitchen for external catering of events, a theatre and a media room, a pool/games room, two home offices, plus built-in outdoor dining ( including on the dock) and underwater bar stools in the infinity edge pool, this family home was built around enjoyment of their water toys and the beach. Even the dog had a custom do gbed built just for him! Imported date palms complement the extensive landscaping surrounding this magnificent home.
