Both bathrooms required complete demolition, with one including removal of all interior walls turning it from a 3 room space into one large open plan bathroom. Full remediation of all sub satisfactory/damaged floor framings/flooring/wall linings, new plumbing pipe out and electrical re wire and new tiling throughout along with full re plaster and paint of both bathrooms and supply and install of all new fittings and fixtures.
