Tindall's Beach.

Outlast Builders were chosen by our client in late 2018 to construct this small yet very high spec minor dwelling from the ground up.

The site had its obstacles - a big drop in gradient at one end, main road location meaning access could be tricky with traffic and site services, but our team pushed past these obstacles and delivered an extremely high finished project.

Set on pile foundations and a timber subfloor, all frames were built on site due to time constraints with local suppliers. Cladded in a James Hardie oblique vertical weatherboard along with horizontal shiplap cedar to the alcove entries on either side.

A large 65m2 vitex deck wraps around the entire property and is cased in glass handrails to make use of the expansive views.
