Originally clad with Monolithic plaster, coupled with poor eave width meant this property suffered from water ingress and eventually a deterioration of the framing members.
This resulted in complete removal of the cladding system, and a substantial amount of remediation before the renovation works started.
Existing joinery was replaced with new and upgraded double glazed joinery, additions to the kitchen/dining were made and significant amount of interior renovations were completed including complete renovations of 3 bathrooms, laundry and bedrooms.
Reclad in a 187mm pine weatherboard, this property also recieved brand new floating decks over the garage to maximise the views and useable area.
