We would like to introduce our Heritage Homes Licensee’s in the Auckland South/East region, Nick & Kylie Bosanac.
Nick has always been passionate about building. As a 4th generation builder with a keen eye for structure and spatial design he knew he was destined for a builder’s crack. Kylie, with rural South Auckland roots is primarily focused on client care, with advertising, admin and kid wrangling thrown in the mix.
They also have a fabulous building team of qualified builders and apprentices. The team are also passionate about the industry and keen to take on new challenges. Clients always comment that the team are fun loving but hard working, have great workmanship and nothing is too much trouble!
They are a business with FAMILY at its core. Not only are we a family, but you are a family too! They know how important it is to have a great experience as you go through the process of building your home. And as they work with you along the way, they feel they are building a beautiful future for you and your loved ones.
