Lighting Republic is becoming recognised as a distinct voice in Australian lighting, refined, approachable, and design-led, this release marks an important step in that journey.
Lighting Republic Expands Its Design-Led Offering with New Collections
As the Australian design landscape continues to evolve, Lighting Republic is emerging as a distinct and confident voice in premium decorative lighting.
Refined yet relaxed, balancing considered design with everyday practicality, the brand’s latest product release marks a defining step in its evolution, from boutique supplier to a recognised force in the lighting industry.
A Design Language Rooted in the Australian Lifestyle
Founded in 2012, Lighting Republic has always taken cues from the Australian way of living, spaces that breathe, materials that age gracefully, and design that feels effortless. This sensibility carries through each product, where form and function exist in balance.
With this release, the brand doubles down on that identity. Every fixture is designed not only to enhance atmosphere, but to complement the layered, thoughtful spaces that define modern Australian interiors, be it residential, hospitality, or boutique commercial.
Four New Collections, Familiar Foundations
The update includes four new collections, each crafted with purpose and flexibility in mind. Lighting Republic has focused on expanding in a way that feels natural: refining proportions, expanding finish options, and introducing new glass forms and finishes that work seamlessly across existing accessories.
This approach provides greater design flexibility while reducing complexity for specifiers, retailers, and end users alike.
The new Pico Collection offers a versatile pendant system designed for creativity and cohesion. Maintaining the brand’s recognisable material language, Pico allows for both compact single fittings and striking clustered arrangements.
Using the established Orb/Dome glass shades, it introduces sculptural depth while offering substantial flexibility in arrangement.
With IP44 ratings across the range, Pico is suitable for bathrooms and wet areas, reinforcing its adaptability across residential and commercial interiors.
Timeless Design, Built to Last
A key strength of this release is the versatility of application. Each product is designed to work across a wide range of contexts, whether as a subtle architectural accent or a bold focal point. From low-slung pendant clusters in void spaces to IP-rated wall lights for bathrooms, form always supports function without compromising on visual harmony.
This functionality reflects Lighting Republic’s ongoing commitment to quality and longevity. Each piece is crafted from durable materials and refined finishes chosen for their lasting performance and visual consistency.
"This release feels like a confident stride forward. It’s not about chasing trends, but rather about deepening a brand language that feels distinctly Australian. Relaxed, refined, and made to last."
