- Integrated Temperature Sensor: Built-in sensor can be configured as a thermostat to control two distinct areas, with an integrated PI controller for heating, cooling, valves, 6-way valves, and fan coils (2 and 4 pipes).
- Advanced Logic Blocks: Features 16 logic blocks to implement simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators.
- Proportional Controls: Supports predefined algorithms for proportional control of temperature and humidity, or dew point calculation.
- Virtual Holder Logic: Ideal for hotel rooms, it uses a magnetic sensor on the door connected to a digital input to manage accurate presence information and detect unexpected presence.
- Presence Detection: Utilises dedicated sensors to deduce the presence of people in the room and differentiate various behaviours.
