The In The Sun Wall Light by DCW éditions is a wall and ceiling lamp designed by Dominique Perrault and Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost, created in homage to the Sun King. A cylindrical glass body is wrapped in a fine metallic mesh of brass or stainless steel, which catches and refracts light into joyful, radiating patterns on the surrounding surfaces. The circular backplate sits flush against the wall or ceiling, making the light source and mesh the sole focus of the composition. Available in three diameters, 190mm, 270mm, and 380mm, with body and mesh finishes independently selectable across Gold and Silver combinations. Lamp not included. Part of the broader In The Sun collection, which includes the pendant variant.
