Jesani Door Channels
Made in New Zealand, the Jesani Door Channel ensures forgotten running baths and accidental overflows are effectively drained before they reach adjoining rooms.
The slimline channels are made from 1.5mm, 304 stainless steel and are available in a range of finishes to match the aesthetic of the bathroom or laundry; stainless steel, electroplated (brass, gold, silver), powder coated or with a tile insert to match the surrounding tiles.

Available to fit either a Standard or Cavity door, the Jesani door channels are the only drains available to ensure full containment of accidental overflows in wet to dry areas.
Every Jesani Door Channel is custom made to ensure a perfect fit. We work with architects, builders, plumbers, tilers, waterproofers and home owners on a daily basis and courier New Zealand wide.
Accessible bathroom channels are a speciality. Given the more spacious and open areas in an accessible shower, door channels are commonly used in addition to the Jesani Shower Channel to ensure excess water stays within the bathroom.
Suitable for New Builds and Renovations
The Door Channel replaces the position of the Floor Waster Gully in the middle of the bathroom/wetroom, offering a more stylish and discrete emergency overflow drainage option.
Jesani holds patents on Door Channels meaning they cannot be manufactured by any other company.
NZ Building Code E3 – Internal Moisture and ASNZS 3500.2:2018 both refer to floor wastes and the prevention of free water overflow from one household unit to another.

Door Channel – Cavity Sliding Door
NZ Building Code E3 – Internal Moisture and ASNZS 3500.2:2018 both refer to floor wastes and the prevention of free water overflow from one household unit to another. This is especially important given the popularity of apartment living and the rapid increase in medium to high density homes being built.
The Standard Door and Cavity Door Channels are the only drains to ensure the full containment of such overflow. The location is at the threshold doorway into the bathroom/wetroom area where sanitary fixtures are situated.
The Cavity Door Channel replaces the position of the FWG in the middle of the bathroom/wetroom and ensures zero tolerance of water escaping to the dry areas of the home.

Cavity/Standard Door Channel with Vinyl Flooring
The specific difference for these threshold vinyl flooring channels ensure the vinyl has a stainless steel termination point at the trough edge. A stainless up-stand protects the terminated vinyl end and also ensures the grill can be removed and replaced without damaging the edge of the vinyl product.

This slimline channel sitting at the threshold to the Shower zone, is to contain water overflow from the shower zone and is ideal if using an overhead dumper or double shower.
