Alongside our hardwood decking options, we also offer an anti-slip protection system that is designed to provide a very simple yet effective means of achieving non-slip compliance. JSC SlipFree is manufactured to ensure a long service life and can be used effectively in commercial, public works and residential applications and allows greater scope for materials to be used that would otherwise not be suitable. Scope of use

JSC stock a wide range of exotic hardwoods that are Class 1 & 2 durability which allow for a range of uses such as residential & commercial decking & boardwalks. Many of these can also be used in conjunction with decking in handrails, posts, beams, screening, and pergolas which add to a great seamless and connected look. Performance
  • Annual cleaning and recoating of a clear migrating wood oil, will not only bring the deck back to life but will stop any water ingress getting into the fibre of the product and could cause durability issues if not addressed. New Zealand UV is very different from other counties and keeping the colour in the chosen product fibre is very difficult and will eventually fade to a silver-grey appearance.
  • If a proper maintenance schedule is followed and the deck is well looked after the deck should provide many years of great service
  • FSC certified for JSC products like Garapa, Iroko, Purpleheart, and Cumaru
