Pair Of Howard & Sons Style Armchairs
A wonderful pair of large mid century oak framed armchairs in the style of Howard and Sons, UK. These armchairs have been beautifully renovated and reupholstered in an Italian wool fabric. Original brass castors to the front feet.
These armchairs have been based on the classic Howard & Sons design of the deep seated Bridgewater chair and it is the most recognisable shape, as well the most copied. It's the one we think of when we mention a Howard chair: low to the ground, generous of seat (with ample room for a four-legged friend or two), curved and padded armrest and headrest.
An all round great chair for reading and napping in.
