Peace of mind 

When you buy an Image Glass printed splashback, we give you a full-size printed proof that lets you see your image in place before we print your glass. To get things rolling you can supply us with a photo of your kitchen space and we can superimpose a preview of your chosen image.

Proven technology 

Using special primers and advanced print technology, we bond high-quality ink directly to the glass and lock it in with our proven back-coating system. That’s why our printed glass images come with a 10-year guarantee.

Specifications

  • Printable Glass Size: Due to the physical limitations of the printer bed the widest printed panel we are able to do is 1400mm and the longest is 3400mm. Larger panels will need to be split.
  • File Type & Size: We require all artwork to be supplied digitally with a typical file size around 300 dpi (typically 3mb+). Most file types can be used.
  • Glass Type: Images are printed onto 6mm thick toughened 'low iron' safety glass. The low iron glass optically clear and ensures colours are true to the image supplied.
  • Leadtime: Up to 15 working days depending on image sign off.

  • Image Quality: All artwork on the stock photography sites will generally come in the correct file format and the appropriate resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Samples: we have examples of printed glass on display in our showroom.
  • Leadtime: up to 15 working days from the date we order the glass.
  • Size: the maximum size we can do as one single piece is 1400mm high and 3400 mm long.
  • Maximum length: up to 3400mm. 
  • Glass thickness: for printed glass splashbacks we generally use 5mm or 6mm. Other thicknesses are available.
  • Toughened: where required.
