Rehau Rauvitherm Pre-Insulated Pipe Heating System

Warm NZ is proud to be the Agent in NZ for Rehau Rauvitherm pre insulated mains.

Rauvitherm is the perfect product choice for both commercial and domestic heating applications.

The ability to bury your flow and return heating pipes in a pre insulated coil saves both time and money on your project and also has the bonus of superior insulation properties improving efficiencies and running costs.

It also cuts limitations of plant location and the headache of hanging pipes from one location to another by being buried below the slab or around the building.

Although it was designed in Europe for central heat sources running heat out to apartment blocks through the underground street network it has found a real niche in the NZ market on Heat pump under floor heating installs meeting the needs of higher flow rates and  improved insulation for the lower temperature water.

The ability to run long distances from heat source has been advantageous on many frost heave design and installs as the large size of the Freezers means many manifolds around the perimeter of the freezer located along way from the plant room This is the perfect product to cover those distances and maintain the crucial heat required while being out of site and not fixed to the building.

Rauvitherm has been installed around NZ on Freezers, Schools and Day Cares, Hospitals,  Correctional facilities,  Air Hangers , Kennels, Marae and Kiwi Homes.

Features
  • By manufacturing in the UK, our constant drive to reduce our carbon footprint has been successful, with an estimated saving of 29.5% on CO2 emissions
  • High insulating performance due to the closed cell PEX foam insulation. The outer layer of the foam is bonded to the outer jacket to prevent water ingress.
  • Long Coil Lengths - RAUVITHERM is available in up to 330m coils. The size range is in UNO (25mm – 125mm) and DUO (25mm – 63mm) and is fully UK stocked.
  • Low weight, high flexibilty - Immensely popular with installers due to its low weight and high flexibility, RAUVITHERM makes for a fast and easy installation on site.
  • RAUVITHERM pipe can withstand demanding on-site conditions thanks to the robust LLD-PE outer jacket.
  • The floor of your home is separated into zones which can be controlled via thermostats or manual controls, centrally or room by room. The biggest selling point with under floor heating is that the pipes are hidden and therefore do not impact on the aesthetics of the home. The down side of under floor systems is that they take substantially longer to warm up and cool down than radiators – normally 3-4 hours from cold.
  • Our UFH systems are all installed using quality Rehau pipe and fittings from Germany Our underfloor systems are all custom designed by qualified heating engineers.
  • Plans for all of our under floor heating installations are sent to Rehau in Germany and professionally designed by qualified heating engineers. Having this design done ensures that the system runs at maximum efficiency using minimised pipe runs, minimising running costs. Rehau then send us a detailed design showing best manifold placements and pipe runs including spacing of pipe, components required and amount of pipe required.
  • We also perform under floor systems servicing on a one-off or regular/periodic basis.

Warm NZ Limited came about from our sister company Plumbcraft, constantly trying to source premium central heating products for its customers over the last 15 years.

After building strong relationships with New Zealand’s premium suppliers the opportunity arose to purchase the central heating division of F L Bone Limited.

Since our conception in 2012, we have complimented and added to the offer with both users and installers in mind.

We value feedback from our customers and installers throughout New Zealand, with an aim to continue introducing improved and energy-efficient heating products to the New Zealand market.
