I can highly recommend an Underfloor heating system by Plumbcraft / Warm NZ Limited.

We were convinced by Sean to install underfloor heating run off a gas boiler when we built in 2009.

We had been told with the new building requirements that you do not need to worry about heating due to double glazing and  the insulation installed we were pleased we did not take this advice on board as the heating in our home was so good  that we  would not choose to live without it now. The system is a comfortable dry warm heat.  We had one temperature controller that was set on a timer and when the house dropped below a certain temperature it would turn on making the system very economical and hassle free to operate.

We have built again this year rurally and have installed underfloor heating run off a condensing diesel boiler. We are also using the boiler to heat our hot water and towel rails.  I was concerned about the running costs with this house being run off diesel and bigger.  After speaking with other people who had installed similar systems through Plumbcraft we felt extremely confident going with this option.

We have built two homes for our family were we have used Plumbcraft to do Plumbing, Drainlaying  gasfitting and central heating sytems. Dealing with one contractor for so many parts of our build made the process hassle free and seamless
