Native to NZ. Medium tree, flowering profusely in Spring. Flowers from a younger age, has larger blooms than most other Sophoras. Suitable for moister sites, durable timber. Attractive to native birds. Prefers full sun to semi shade, well drained soil. Hardy. Semi Deciduous.
