• Easy and Quick Installation: The 1-5mm thin mat can be concealed within a layer of flexible adhesive, just like any other electric UFH mat.
• Fast Heat-up Time: Being closer to the finished floor implies that the heating response will be faster, minimising running costs.
• Versatile Application: If preferred, it can be topped by a thin layer of self-levelling compound or an extra thin layer of flexible adhesive (5 or 6mm), before tiling.
• Suitable for Both Tiles and Engineered Timber: Our powerful far-infrared heating mats will keep your home warm, while working at a gentle temperature that does not exceed 35°C, lower than hydronic water and substantially lower than electric cable, making this a safe yet effective system.

Using the same Warmset’s proprietary multilayer laminated heating strip as Gold, Black is protected by a durable polypropylene sheath and embedded on a reinforced fibreglass mesh. The internal construction is identical to Gold.

By utilising polypropylene in place of polyimide, we are able to deliver Black at roughly 20% less than the Gold, while maintaining the same exact heating performance.
