Wainscoting Wall Paneling
Built by Quartersawn this arts and crafts style wainscoting was installed in the entrance, hallway and stairway of a client's home. It is constructed from a combination of maple, plywood and pine, with all the mouldings custom made.

At Quartersawn I design and build bespoke furniture and cabinetry, made in New Zealand in my Auckland workshop. With authentic craftsmanship my furniture is built to last, sustainable and tailored to the requirements of our clients.
From design consultation, timber selection and construction I work through the whole process with my clients to produce beautiful pieces.
I build a wide range of custom furniture from libraries, entertainment units and fitted cabinetry to smaller pieces such as dining tables and coffee tables.
Quartersawn is owned and operated by craftsman Aaron Bougher. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) and previously worked as a structural engineer designing bridges. This has given him a keen eye for details and an in depth understanding of materials. He spent 5 years or 10,000 hours engineering and building his own home, including furniture and cabinetry.
