Emma Morris of Eternodesign was the Designer and Project Manager for the complete renovation of our character home in Fendalton. The project lasted five months. I was based in Europe during the process and am myself a designer. Emma was constantly available, working extremely long hours and always with enthusiasm and dedication and dealing with the huge time difference between us with admirable patience. Emma has an excellent ‘eye’. She took enormous trouble in her designs, taking into account what I wanted and what would compliment the house.

She searched diligently for all the many accessories that add so much to the finished look of a house. Through Emma’s contacts, the property was featured in a magazine and the general impression of the finished house by all that saw it was that it looked stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma and her design skills very highly.

I would always use a designer in the future and would recommend others to use one. Designers are specialists, they have an eye for design and detail that is invaluable.

What I like about Emma is that she let me know the pros and cons of everything from types of materials, finishing, lighting and even paints. This is the first time I had built a house, so her experience and knowledge were invaluable there were no hidden costs as well with Emma.

Emma was extremely professional. She listened to our needs and designed a kitchen that was not only functional but met the demands of our family. The design and finish were completed to the highest standard and three years on, still looks brand new. Emma was considerate of our budget and communicated well throughout the project. She worked well with other contractors at the time and completed the project without delay. We are extremely grateful to Emma for her attention, professionalism and approachable, friendly manner.
