Working with Meganite® acrylic solid surface , we manufacture precision-formed solid surface shower bases, vanity tops, integrated basins and custom fabricated solutions , combining advanced manufacturing capability with the versatility of a durable, non-porous and repairable material. At Formed, we understand that specification rarely follows a one-size-fits-all approach. Dimensions change. Waste locations move. Wall conditions differ. Design intent demands flexibility. That is why customisation sits at the core of our manufacturing process. Our shower bases can be manufactured with project-specific dimensions, outlet positioning, wall lips, shower screen lips, partial lips and lipless configurations , while our vanity and basin solutions can be tailored to suit individual layouts, dimensions, colours and architectural requirements. But our role extends beyond manufacturing the finished product. We work collaboratively with architects, designers, specifiers, builders and installers , providing technical and manufacturing insight during specification and detailing to help translate design intent into a practical, manufacturable solution. Where a project falls outside our standard parameters, our approach is to understand the requirement and explore how it can be achieved. With Australian-based manufacturing, precision fabrication and direct access to technical support, Formed provides project teams with greater visibility and support from initial specification through to manufacture and installation . Our focus is simple: create considered solid surface solutions that bring together design flexibility, material performance, technical knowledge and Australian manufacturing expertise .
