The team at Gravitas is led by James McCondach (B.Arch/NZCD.Arch) and we have been working in architecture and project management for commercial, industrial, retail and residential developments in New Zealand for over 20 years.

Although our primary contribution is the architectural discipline, our offering can include undertaking a one-stop shop role of head consultancy in managing the full design and documentation solution - including contract administration and project management as required.

We have extensive experience in:

• Master planning through subdivision
• Siteworks and civil works
• Resource consent
• Building consent
• Construction

We have taken on these roles for small and large projects to the value of $50 million. This is something that we both enjoy and are well equipped for and this gives the client continuity throughout the whole project.
