This is a fun, sunny, historic home sitting high on Cleveland Tce, overlooking the city and beautiful Tasman Bay.

The owners were modernizing the home with all the modern comforts, but at the same time, wanting to keep the charm and original quirks and features of the home, these features tell many stories. We joined the family on their Kiwi dream of renovating their own family home.

We worked with the draftsman and council to insure the house was bought up to the current building standard, whilst keeping the integrity of the home. Houses of this era can throw curve balls when you remove floors and linings, Travis's knowledge, experience and passion of historic homes, gives him the required problem solving abilities to quickly overcome any issues.
