This significant alteration to an existing single level Spanish colonial style office building involved modernizing the entire complex, with the existing tenant remaining in situ. The modernization project included adding a new office floor of approximately 240 square metres.

A timeless and flexible design offering a range of office tenancies in various sizes while minimizing mechanical servicing through the use of natural ventilation and passive solar design. The alteration was achieved by structurally aligning the footprint to that of the existing building, a cost effective solution resulting in with minimal change to the existing foundations.

As well as being commercially successful, the architectural language nods to the historic fringe character of the area.
