Eight beautifully finished units in Sylvia Garden, located in the heart of Mount Wellington. This architecturally designed, three-storey terraced house project is proudly built by AULFON Construction.
Each premium three-level home has a floor area from 160sqm to 185sqm with a single or double garage. The design features a concrete slab and engineered timber structure for the upper levels, with units separated by fire-rated wall systems. The external walls are a mix of corrugated iron roofing, brick wall cladding, and weatherboard cladding.
AULFON Construction worked closely with the client and other professionals such as Architects, Civil Engineers, and Structural Engineers, giving them the flexibility to undertake this diverse and unique project at the design & construction phases.
By using their extensive experience and knowledge to foresee the potential risks early, AULFON was able to make decisions efficiently and overcome challenges to deliver this quality project on time and within budget.
