Taylor Coleman is delivering Project Amohia Ake, a new 9,900m2 office premises for ACC being built by Tainui Group Holdings Ltd in the Hamilton CBD.
Taylor Coleman negotiated and delivered the Development Agreement and Deed of Lease terms. We are responsible for all aspects of development and project management through to project conclusion including cultural/design liaison with Waikato-Tainui, procurement, programming, regulatory, consenting and construction management.
Construction commenced October 2020 and has been delivered through a complex, Covid-19 impacted construction environment.
