New global headquarters in Auckland

Delivery of Fonterra’s new global headquarters in Auckland, NZ including all aspects of negotiation for the delivery of the Agreement to Design, Build and Lease, financial management, stakeholder management to Chairman & CEO level, construction & programme management and delivery of the physical (property) aspects of the Fonterra Ways of Working programme.

Implement physical stream of Ways of Working analysis to deliver optimal workplace strategy and behaviours. Includes translation of functional requirements / brief for physical spaces.

Deliver new premises design through Concept, Preliminary, Developed Design, Detailed Design and For Construction phases; negotiate all aspects of Main Contract Hard Fitout (MCHF), Sub-divisional Hard Fitout (SHF) and Soft Fitout (SFO) through pricing and implementation. Over-see all aspects of procurement & physical build.

Develop scope, time and budget for work stream to agreed milestones, and deliver within approved capital budget as mandated by Board paper.

3rd Party management: programme / project management, architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, work-place strategy and fittings, furniture & equipment.
