By Creative Arch
The brief for this new home was to incorporate a contemporary look and feel, while following and designing to Future-Proof Building standards. Standing with other showhomes, it was imperative to stand out and provide a unique alternative design look to the standard.
The design intent has been to create clean lines and simplicity with all the details provided including adjustable louvre screens on the first floor, and clean parapet roof ends. The living areas on the ground floor have a comfortable step down providing a comfortable transition for indoor-outdoor flow.
Without over-complicating the design, the house clearly demonstrates the overall intent in creating a functionally beautiful home with a strong flexibility in living spaces.
