Wingate+Farquhar were involved in the project from its inception resulting in a brief that was jointly developed with the owners based on an analysis of local office demands and the requirements of the site.

The new building provides 8000m2 of high quality commercial office space over four floors with supporting cafe, public spaces and car parking at ground level.The scale of the building announces this junction between Cameron Road and Elizabeth Street as a major urban intersection whilst the setback of the building offers a new public space to the city. Entry to the building is defined by a recess in the facade which provides protection and divides the long elevation. The façade treatment of louvers differs between elevations to provide effective solar shading and pedestrian cover.
