Apartment complex gets new decks and walkway | Dec-K-ing PVC membrane.

A large leaky Kingsland apartment complex had to be vacated by all inhabitants while a re-clad took place.  Water was also leaking through the private balconies and public walkways originally waterproofed with a liquid membrane.

Alexander & Co Ltd choose to specify Viking Dec-K-ing a PVC membrane for decks above living spaces in the ‘Stonghenge’ pattern.  

Dec-k-ing matched many of the requirements for the large residential project:
