Situated in Devonport, one of Auckland’s oldest suburbs, this Arts and Crafts era home has a prime vantage point.
The challenge was to pay homage to the home’s history while delivering a high standard of modern living. Living Room cabinetry incorporates a large format television, completely hidden from view unless in use.
The previously heavy, dark kitchen with fittings that obstructed sight-lines was removed and replaced with cabinetry and fittings that allow full access to the stunning vista on show.
